Celebrating Together in Support of a Community
We created posters for AAPI (Asian American & Pacific Islander) Heritage Month, a time to contemplate and celebrate the efforts and contributions of AAPI communities throughout the history of the United States. Working off the theme of “Together We Celebrate,” the forms of people supporting one another create a motif conveying the letters of AAPI, reinforced by accompany powerful statements.
AAPI(Asian American & Pacific Islanders）文化遺産継承月間のためのポスターを制作しました。この期間は、アメリカの歴史の中での、アジア・太平洋諸島系（AAPI）米国人たちの活躍や貢献を称え考える機会です。ポスターのテーマは“Together we celebrate”。支え合う人の形をモチーフにして、AAPIという言葉自体の存在を伝え、力強い言葉と組み合わせました。
We created the AAPI graphic in collaboration with Intertrend Communications, Make Noise Today, and Alchemy Media. These posters were displayed in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, and other locations throughout the United States. Today, our world faces serious threats. We hope to use the power of design to contribute towards a world where diverse groups of people can come together and support each other, even just a little bit more.
