BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE is an innovative bag brand that creates diverse forms through various combinations of triangular pieces. Simple, flat bags transform into geometric three-dimensional shapes when filled, creating unique and beautiful forms.
　
The theme for the SPRING SUMMER 2025 season was “PLAYFUL” Vol.1. Various bags brimming with playful spirit were launched monthly from January to June. Daikoku Design Institute created key visuals, movies, and window displays for retail spaces to convey the appeal of bags.
　
Through expressive graphics combining photography with onomatopoeia typography, bold displays that embody this spirit, and films composed of unique movements and simple sounds, we consistently expressed the brand’s cherished philosophy across different media.

形、言葉、音と遊ぶ。

三角ピースを原型に様々なピースを組み合わせ、構成することで多彩な形をつくり出すバッグブランド「BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE」。ものを入れると平面的なバッグが幾何学的な立体に変化し、またとない姿が生まれます。
　

2025年春夏シーズンのテーマは“PLAYFUL” Vol.1。遊び心あふれる様々なバッグが1月から6月まで毎月展開されました。使う人も見る人も楽しめるバッグの魅力を伝えるために、キービジュアル、ムービー、そして店舗のウィンドウディスプレイを大黒デザイン研究室が制作しました。
　

写真と擬音語のタイポグラフィによる自由なグラフィック、それらを具現化する大胆なディスプレイ、そしてユニークな動きと、動きの質感を醸成する音で構成した映像によって、今回の新しいテーマとこれまでブランドが大切にしてきた思想を一貫して表現しています。
